No software fixes a badly designed process

We begin by measuring how the work is done today and where the time goes. Only then do we decide what technology is worth bringing in, if any is.

Process redesign and automation

A map of the process, the real cost measured task by task, and automation of the repetitive parts with an audit trail and a human control point. The report states what is saved and how long the investment takes to pay back.

Diagnosis first, always

Smart territory and city

Urban data platforms, interoperability across municipal services, and sensing of lighting, water, waste and mobility, with data sovereignty and a written governance model.

ISO 37122 · UNE 178104 · UNE 178108

Digital twins and integration

A replica of the process to simulate before investing, and integration between systems that today do not talk to each other. The change is tested on the replica and moved into production once the numbers work.

Business model and new revenue lines

Automation frees up hours; what matters is where they go. Servitisation, exploitation of data already processed, predictive maintenance and recurring services built on technical capability the company already has.

Business case and payback

Our own research lines are not published. They are shared under a confidentiality agreement with clients and consortium partners.

Research is not a project: it is how we work

A fixed share of our capacity is permanently devoted to applied research. It is not a campaign, nor a line opened when a call appears: it is the activity that holds up everything else, and the reason we reach a standard before it becomes enforceable.

Our own continuous research line

We maintain our own initiatives at various stages of design, experimentation and validation, funded from our own resources and independent of public calls. Their content is not published and is shared under a confidentiality agreement.

Permanent activity

Systematic technology watch

Continuous monitoring of European regulation, standards under development, emerging attack techniques and institutional roadmaps. That is what allows the regulatory map on this site to carry a revision date instead of being a snapshot from two years ago.

UNE 166002 methodology

Regulatory anticipation as method

We work on obligations before their date of application, not after the fine. The post-quantum transition, the Cyber Resilience Act and the AI Act were part of our practice before they appeared in tender documents.

Knowledge transfer

What is researched ends up in university teaching, in professional events and in project practice. Research without transfer is an expense; transfer is what turns it into capability.

Accredited capability for consortia

Recognition as an ENISA external expert in industrial cybersecurity, accredited ACCIÓ advisor in innovation and Industry 4.0, and accredited DIGITVC expert for the SUDOE region. These are the credentials a consortium needs to see before bringing in a technical partner.

This is why a small firm can sustain the claims on this site: we do not sell what we learned ten years ago, but what we are researching now.

Consortia

Technical partner for R&D consortia

We cover the whole technical workstream: security and compliance, data governance, IT/OT convergence, process automation, auditable artificial intelligence, digital twins and post-quantum cryptography. We work with industrial and academic partners who need that side covered without building a team for it, in proposals to ACCIÓ, CDTI and European programmes.
